http://granshuttles.cocolog-nifty.com/blog/ Especially we love badminton !! 大阪市内で活動する社会人バドミントンチームです。 ja-JP 2008-05-10T22:00:00+09:00 http://granshuttles.cocolog-nifty.com/blog/2008/05/51011_4597.html 一昨年前に奈良県でプチ合宿をして以来の久しぶりのグランの合宿！滋賀県の東近江市立... <p>一昨年前に奈良県でプチ合宿をして以来の久しぶりのグランの合宿！<br />滋賀県の東近江市立能登川スポーツセンターにて２日間の合宿を行いました。<br />最近の５月とは思えない暑さから一転、初日は雨で一気に気温が下がり、バドミントンをするにはもってこいのコンディションでした。（ちょっと寒かった人もいたかもね）</p> <p>今回はメンバーの<strong>ちゃっきー</strong>が練習メニューを組んでくれました。<br />アップ→ストレッチ→変化走と、普段のグランの練習ではまずやらないようなことからスタート。<br />その後、パターン練習やゲーム練習を行いました。</p> <p>アップですでにバテた人<br />子供をおもり代わりに抱えて走っていた人<br />ダッシュなのに後ろの人に追い越された人<br />欽ちゃんジャンプができなくて必死になって練習していた人<br />ママがいなくなって泣きじゃくっていた人？？？</p> <p>おもしろい光景がいろいろありましたが、みなさんよくがんばりました。</p> <p>宿は体育館から来るまで１５分程度のところにある「休暇村　近江八幡」。<br />温泉付きのとてもきれいな宿でした。</p> <p>もちろん、夜は飲みまくりしゃべりまくり。<br />今回の夜のＭＶＰは古畑任三郎でしょうか・・・</p> <p>今回もケガ人もなく、無事合宿は終了しました。<br />幹事の<strong>タマちゃん、</strong>練習メニューを考えてくれた<strong>ちゃっきー</strong>お疲れさまでした。<br />そして、ドライバーのみなさん、送迎を買って出てくれた人、買い出し部隊のみなさん、そしてこの合宿を盛り上げた参加者のみなさん、お疲れさまでした。</p> <p><a onclick="window.open(this.href, '_blank', 'width=240,height=180,scrollbars=no,resizable=no,toolbar=no,directories=no,location=no,menubar=no,status=no,left=0,top=0');
